Impact Aid Forms - DUE THIS WEEK!

Dear BHS Parents/Guardians:

Each year, Beavercreek Schools are required by Federal Law to compile information regarding ALL students to identify and verify those students who qualify under the Impacted Aid Bill (Public Law 81-874). This bill entitles schools to receive funds for each child whose parent/guardian reports to work on federal property OR are active military OR are foreign military currently attending Beavercreek City Schools.

For our district to apply for these funds, it is necessary for our school district to obtain the information requested on the Impact Aid Form your student received today. The information obtained from this survey will be kept confidential and used for these reporting requirements only.

Today during Advisory, your student received his/her Federal Impact Aid Form. Please complete this brief survey (form) and have your student return it promptly to their advisory teacher by tomorrow, but no later than Friday, October 23, 2026. Should you have more than one child in the Beavercreek City Schools, a survey form MUST be completed for EACH child. The Federal Government mandates a completed, signed, and dated form be submitted for each student currently enrolled in Beavercreek City Schools regardless of where the parent(s)/guardian(s) are employed.

If you ARE NOT federally connected, you will check the corresponding box, review your student’s demographic information and make corrections as needed, and sign/date the bottom of the page.

If you are a Civilian/Private Contractor employed on or reporting to work on Federal Property, you must include your employer's address as listed on your W2 or paystub.
