2019-20 Pay-to-Participate Fee Due Dates
Fall:       FALL SPORTS ONLINE PAY-TO-PARTICIPATE PAYMENT SCHEDULE:
                        ONLINE PAYMENTS OPEN ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2019
                         AND ARE DUE BY FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2019
Winter:   November 8, 2019 (GBB, BBB, BOWL, GYMN, SWIM)
              November 22, 2019 (WR)
Spring:   February 28, 2020 (SB, BB, LAX)
              March 13, 2020 (B TN, TR, MVB)

BEAVERCREEK HIGH SCHOOL
Pay 10th-12th grade fees online via EZPay (between 9/1/19 - 9/6/19 due date)

Cash or check payments for BHS main building students may be sent in to Mrs. Bysak at BHS main office between now and the 9/6/19 due date.

Credit cards payments may be made over the phone between now and 9/6/19 due date to Mrs. Bysak.  Call 937.458.2468 

Pay 9th grade fees either online via EZPay  (between 9/1/19 - 9/6/19 due date) or at the main office at Ferguson Hall
Per-Sport Fee:   $250.00
Individual Cap:   $500.00
**Family Cap:     $750.00

ANKENEY AND COY MIDDLE SCHOOLS
Pay middle school fees either online via EZPay (between 9/1/19 - 9/6/19 due date) or at main office of your student's middle school.
Per-Sport Fee:   $150.00
Individual Cap:   $300.00
**Family Cap:     $750.00

**It is the responsibility of the families to contact Carol Bysak (937.458.2468) in the Main BHS Office if a family max has been reached.

Pay-to-Participate fees may be paid in one of three ways:
