2020 Summer School

Beavercreek High School 2020 Summer School


DATES:  June 1st - June 26th, 2020

PLACE:  Online through Beavercreek High School Gradpoint

TIME:  8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday 

COST:  GradPoint classes: $180 for a full-credit class and $100 for a half-credit class.


REGISTRATION: You may register online at beginning on Monday, May 4, 2020, and will end on Friday, May 31, 2020. Fill out your registration form here https://forms.gle/dL7hx8cA1TKS3xvH9. However, we will attempt to accommodate students who receive failing grades in a class after the deadline.  Full payment is due at the time of registration. Payments are to be made on EZ Pay. 


ATTENDANCE: A student may miss no more than two (2) days during the full credit, or one (1) day of the half credit. Illness or an emergency reason (approved by the principal) is the only acceptable reason for absence. Summer School Grad Point Program 

This summer, all classes will be online and done at home.  There will be assigned time frames for all students.  These time frames will be 2 hours a day on Monday thru Friday.  Students will be expected to sign in and work during their assigned hours.  After 12:00 p.m., students may log in to Gradpoint and work if they are able to connect.  This is done because we have 40 licenses so that is the total number of students that may be connected at a time.  We hardly ever had trouble with students getting connected but this needs to be shared so students work at least their assigned 2 hours. If a student works their assigned times and still has not completed the material, every effort will be given to the student for more time. 

 

Students will receive an email on their school account from the teachers.  They will supply you with the Gradpoint link and their email address.  The teachers will be on their emails during the morning hours that are assigned.  If you have any questions, they will be able to help you.
